Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using mintparse.com ("Service") operated by mintparse ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mintparse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

mintparse is a document conversion service that converts PDF files to Markdown format suitable for use with AI tools. The Service is available on a pay-per-document basis with no subscription required.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use mintparse only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload documents containing illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Upload files containing malware or malicious code

4. Payments

Single-page documents are converted free of charge for the first three conversions per user. Additional conversions and documents over one page require a one-time payment based on page count, with a minimum charge of $1.99. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Paddle). All prices are in USD.

By completing a payment, you authorize the charge for the stated amount. Payment is required before conversion begins for paid documents.

6. Privacy and Data

Uploaded documents are processed solely for the purpose of conversion and are permanently deleted from our servers after your session ends. We do not store, read, or share the content of your documents. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the documents you upload and the converted output. We claim no rights over your content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversion output will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose. Conversion quality depends on the structure and quality of the input PDF.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mintparse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
