Refund Policy

Purchased Credits Are Non-Refundable

Credit purchases are final. We do not refund purchased credits, whether or not you have spent them.

Credits never expire, so an unused balance is not lost — it stays on your account until you spend it.

Try Before You Buy

Because purchases are final, you can evaluate the Service at no cost before spending money:

• Every new account receives 500 free credits — roughly 100 pages.
• You can preview the first 3 pages of any document for free, without spending credits, on any document you like.

Markdown quality depends on the complexity and formatting of your source document. Please use the free preview to confirm the output meets your needs before purchasing credits.

Failed Conversions Are Never Charged

Credits are held when a conversion starts and are only charged once it produces output. If a conversion fails or you cancel it, the held credits are returned to your balance automatically — there is nothing to request.

If you ever see credits deducted for a run that produced no output, tell us and we will return them to your balance.

Billing Errors

A billing error is not a refund request, and we will always correct one. Contact us if:

• You were charged but the credits never arrived in your balance
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase

Email support@mintparse.com with the receipt number from your purchase receipt. We will respond within 2 business days.

Merchant of Record and Statutory Rights

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for your transaction and may issue a refund at its own discretion under its buyer terms, independently of this policy.

Nothing in this policy removes any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right you have under consumer law in your country. Where the law gives you such a right, it applies regardless of what this page says.
