Short version: Your documents are deleted immediately after conversion. We never read, store, or share your content. We collect only what's needed to process your payment and deliver your file.
This Privacy Policy describes how mintparse ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use mintparse.com.
Documents you upload: PDF files you submit for conversion. These are held in temporary storage only for the duration of processing and deleted immediately after your download is available.
Email address (optional): If you provide an email address for download notification, we store it only until your job is complete, then delete it.
Payment information: We do not store card numbers or payment credentials. Payments are processed by Paddle, PayRam, or PayPal. We receive only a transaction reference and amount from these providers.
Usage data: Basic server logs (IP address, timestamp, page count) are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
Uploaded documents and converted output are permanently deleted from our servers after your session ends (typically within 24 hours of upload). We do not maintain archives of user documents.
We use the following third parties to operate the Service:
mintparse does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. We use only session-essential browser storage (localStorage) to track your conversion job status during your session.
Because we do not persistently store personal data linked to your identity, there is generally no data to retrieve or delete after your session ends. If you have concerns about data held during an active job, contact us at support@mintparse.com.
All connections to mintparse.com are encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Document processing occurs on isolated server instances. We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your data in transit and at rest.
mintparse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
